Philosophy and Approach
My approach to therapy is individualized, trauma-informed, relational, and holistic. The techniques I draw from are intended to offer a deeper understanding of self, to gain insight into patterns, and to make empowered and lasting shifts in your life. In my work with clients I may use Internal Family Systems, Somatic Interventions, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory. I embrace a weight inclusive and health at every size lens when supporting clients healing relationship with food and their bodies.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) currently located in Asheville, NC. I offer telehealth therapy in North Carolina and Vermont. I went to Warren Wilson College for my undergraduate and studied environmental studies. After this, I connected my love for the natural world with my love for people and healing and went to East Tennessee University where I studied Social Work. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in schools, residential settings, and outpatient therapy.
